Bright Ideas

Security National Bank

Kari Hybertson, ECM, planned several activities for her coworkers. Throughout the campaign, employees participated in a daily agency/program trivia with all correct answers in a daily prize drawing. Employees also purchased Jeans Day stickers for the Fridays during the campaign, participated in a penny war, and held a poker walk/food drive. Along with the fun, employees attended a breakfast rally that covered the basics and featured a speaker from partner program Lunch Is Served.

First Dakota National Bank

FDNBankLike that memorable shrimp scene out of Forrest Gump, if you stopped into the downtown branch of First Dakota National Bank yesterday you would have found every soup possible. A line of chicken tortilla, broccoli cheese, every chili combination possible and more was all a part of the United Way campaign’s soup and chili cook-off.

The bank’s campaign is more than soup though. ECM Dustin Strande planned a breakfast rally, where employees heard from Michael Ness, market president, and learned about USucceed. As an incentive for contributing, all employees who complete pledge cards will be entered into a drawing for vacation days.
