Bright Ideas

As previous winners of the SEUW Business of the Year award, Midco Connections ECM Melinda Strandell and HCC Daniel Klutman had their work cut out for them. Setting their goals at 60% participation and 75 Heart Club members was something to strive for and they are working their way there using the basics.

All employees are scheduled to attend a one-hour rally to learn about United Way, hear from an agency speaker and find out about Heart Club. Any employee who gives is entered into drawings—with the top prize being tickets to a Vikings vs Packers game. Last week, they had already raised over $11,000!
